I don’t know when my ship turns landward
I don’t know how long it will take me there
Sailing on wide, wide sea alone, leeward
With Hope as the mainstay of voyage thus far.
I’m not afraid of the storm and stress
I’m not afraid of the wild waves with gushing foams
Making seaway against the vicissitudes of the seas
I’ll go ashore in spirit triumphant and courageous.

As I was walking down the bank by the river
I met a woman sitting by the bank, who wasn’t there!
She’s not there yesterday, today!
I prayed, I wished she’d leave away!

On a wide uncharted sea,
One boat sails hither and another sails thither
In the company of the selfsame winds.
It’s the will of the sailer
Not the forces of the winds
That decides a way.
Like the winds of the sea,
So are the ways of destiny.
It’s the decision of your soul
That leads you to the goal
Of life full of meanings.
