And the daffodil looks lovely today,
the golden blossom of happy hope
sparkling vivaciously in such beauty
that is not vanity but full of agape.
In the eyes of Me.
And the daffodil looks lovely today,
the golden blossom of happy hope
sparkling vivaciously in such beauty
that is not vanity but full of agape.
It hurts me but won’t kill me,
A falling star from the sky
I caught and swallowed
Before it fell to the earth.
It lives, it grows, inside of me
Do you want to feel how it feels?
Do you want to know, know that
I gave it my heart, but it won’t kill me?
Behind the doors
Of the labyrinth
Is the secret garden
Of iris and amaranth
Minotaur tended alone
With tears of sorrow
For the love denied
With the joy of beauty
The flowers brought
To the heart of gold
Basked in the hope
That one day love
Would find him anon.
The road to Alpine Path
is rigid and one way
she follows with faith
that the end of the Path
is the peak of mastery
of her arduous crafts.
Those sweet-talks
Of love’s labor lit
In the moonlight
Upon the waters
Creep by her
Standing by the river
Like a sibyl cast
Out by the gods
For her want of
Love they took
Away from her.
He wondered as a lonely hunter
who chased after the North Star
Fluttering in the flickering twilight,
vanishing in the pale hues of sunlight,
with a twinkle in the hunter’s eyes.
