This lunar beauty is full and fast and proud
With the heart that changes where a ghost is
Heard but not seen, is seen and but not heard.
This lunar beauty is full and fast and proud
With the heart that changes where a ghost is
Heard but not seen, is seen and but not heard.

What then, if you lose your leisure
With no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand on the top of the hill
And stare the world under with thrill.
Flowers and Flowers! She must always have flowers
To see a world in blooms of beauty before her eyes
To hold wonders of nature in the palm of her hand
And secrets of heaven in the cabinet of her mind.

Celebrate all you that labor with burdens
Time is played beautifully by you, dear readers;
Play well with your spare moments
For they are like raw diamonds
That will become the brightest of your gems.
She sat beside the trodden ways
Among a gallery of strange faces
Like a wandering lonely cloud
Hidebound, softbound, spellbound…

The day is gone, and the sun
disappears into the West,
As the chariot of Apollo is done
with its quest for the day’s zest.
And leisure and laughter make
the hours seem too short.
As this day is nearing to end,
so do my minutes hasten to the end.
Farewell sighs and sings a ballad.
